This notice covers the public MarinoDMC website. Client projects, system access, and service data are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

If you email us or schedule an assessment, we receive the contact and message information you choose to provide. The Calendly scheduler loads only after you select a scheduling link. Information entered there is processed by Calendly and is also subject to Calendly's privacy terms.
Website analytics and hosting
This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand website usage. The hosting and analytics services may process standard technical information needed to deliver and measure the site, such as page requests, device or browser details, and approximate location derived from network information.
How website information is used
- To respond to inquiries and schedule requested reporting assessments.

Sensitive information
MarinoDMC does not accept patient records, clinical information, or protected health information. Do not send patient, clinical, payment-card, credential, or other sensitive operational information through this website, ordinary email, or the scheduling form.
