Published prices are starting points unless stated otherwise. Sources, deliverables, assumptions, capacity, response targets, software and hosting costs, ownership, cancellation, and transition terms are defined in the written proposal or service agreement.

Third-party services

The website links to services such as Calendly and Upwork. Their availability, content, and data practices are controlled by those providers and are subject to their own terms.
